Resources for Summer Camp Coordinators
Summer Camp is an important Troop 333 tradition. Coordinators new to organizing summer camp should see the resources listed below as an aid in getting started.

Other Forms and Files
Instructions for Setting Up Buckeye: (takes ~1 hr, depending on the number of volunteeers; usually done the Saturday before camp)
- Blow out tents with a gas-powered leaf blower
- Secure tents to pallets (bring a hammer and nails)
- Set up HQ (HQ is in the troop trailer)
- Pre-spray tents with spider repellant
Summer Camp Info on the Troop Website
In mid-April, communicate with the troop webmaster to make sure the following are done:
- Summer camp info page is updated for the current camp year (carefully check dates, costs, etc)
- Online signups for chaperoning shifts are set up
- Online payments for camp registration at the early bird and regular registration rates are set up
