Fundraisers

Tree Sale set up at the Cabin on the Green, Hudson

Fundraisers allow the troop to acquire and replace troop camping equipment and provide Scouts with funds for troop campouts and activities.   Through participation in fundraisers, Scouts also acquire responsibility and leadership skills.

 Popcorn Sales

Troop 333 participates in annual Boy Scout popcorn sales, with 70% of proceeds supporting local scouting activities. Prices range from $10-$50/item, or donate popcorn to US soldiers overseas ($25-$100).

Important Dates for the Fall 2015 Popcorn Sale:

  • Sale kick off – Aug. 21 (download an order form; forms will also be passed out at the Burger Burn)
  • Popcorn orders due at the Oct. 27 troop meeting
  • Popcorn order pick up – Nov. 14 (details TBA)

Christmas Tree Sales

Troop 333 sells pre-cut Holiday Christmas Trees at the “Cabin on the Green” in the center of Hudson, at the intersection of Route 303 and Route 91.

Tree selection will include a variety of Fraser Fir, Colorado Blue Spruce and Scotch Pine trees ranging in size from 6 to 12 feet. TreeLife Solution and Tree disposal bags are also available for purchase.

Christmas trees sales by the Boy Scouts has been a historic tradition in Hudson. The scouts of Troop 333 are eager to carry on this important tradition in Hudson. Your support in purchasing these trees is greatly appreciated.

Important Dates for the 2015 Christmas Tree Sale:

Friday, Nov. 27 8am – 2pm – Tree Unloading – This is an all-hands-on-deck activity for the troop! If you are in town, please plan to come out and unload the trees. Bring a good pair of work gloves!

Saturday, Nov. 28 – Sales start and continue on subsequent Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until the trees all have a home for the holidays!

Sale Hours: Fridays 5 – 8 pm
Saturdays 9am – 7pm
Sundays 11am – 7pm
