West Point Camporee – Head Count

Troop 333 is planning to submit an application for the West Point Camporee, to be held May 1-3, 2015 at the West Point Military Academy in New York. 

In order to submit an application, the troop requires a head count for the excursion. Please fill in the registration form below (login required) if you and/or your scout are planning to attend.

Details (to be updated closer to the event):

Transportation:  The troop will be traveling by car to West Point, New York. Because of the length of the trip, it will be necessary for scouts to miss school on Friday, May 1.

Cost: Estimated as $80-90 per person, most of which is needed to buy fuel for the 1,000 mile round trip.

Tentative list of Activities (based on the 2013 West Point Camporee, attended by Troop 333): Camouflage, Knot Tying, Leadership Reaction Course, RB-15 (Zodiac) Paddle, Fire Building, Fitness Challenge, Swiss Seat / One-Rope Bridge, Commander’s Challenge, Weapons and Communications Equipment Static Display, Land Navigation, Wilderness Survival, Assess and Treat Casualties (First Aid)
