Parents and Adult Volunteers – It’s Almost Tree Sale Time!

Please plan to support the Troop’s fundraiser by helping set up the site in advance of tree delivery.

Date: Sunday, Nov. 22

Time: 1:00 pm – this event will take much of the afternoon

Meeting Place: Case Barlow Farm; after the gear is loaded onto trailers at CBF, it will be transported to the Cabin on the Green (corner of Rt. 91 and Rt. 303) and we will assemble the racks there

Bring: Work gloves

Who:  This is mostly parent-oriented participation.  Tasks will include heavy lifting and setting up lighting and racks.  Older scouts who are proficient at these tasks are welcome to attend.

Note that volunteers (both adults and scouts) are needed on Friday, Nov. 27th at 8am to unload trees.
