Once again we are being asked to help the team out at Case Barlow Farm to set up and tear down for their annual Fall Fest. This troop has had a great relationship with this Farm, including a number of past and ongoing Eagle projects. Please consider making time in your schedule to help out. Any hours spent by the scouts out there will get service hours toward rank advancement. Hours will also count towards service hours at school, if that applies to your son.
If you aren’t going on the campout, consider helping setup on Saturday.
If you ARE going on the campout, consider helping out during the event or with the Clean Up on Sunday.
Here are the hours where help is needed:
- Set Up Saturday 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Event Sunday 12:00pm – 5:00pm (volunteers should arrive at 11:30 am)
- Clean Up Sunday 5:00pm – 7:00pm
